In conjunction with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corporation facilitates participating financial institutions (PFIs) in their use of the FHLB Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF®) program. IBMC is a centralized servicer for loans sold through this channel and has a long history of providing exceptional customer service to our PFIs and their customers.
At the time the loan is sold to the MPF outlet, the servicing is concurrently sold to IBMC. Servicing Release Premiums are paid directly to the PFI by IBMC. All investor reporting, remittance, escrow functions and delinquency work is performed by IBMC. IBMC is currently approved to service loans in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
